This is a video from when I went to Mexico on winter break. Jacqueline is Jose's niece, her favorite person in the world is her great grandpa! They are just two peas in a pod when they are together!! She's so goofy and keeps telling him to hit her head for some reason, it's beyond me but she thinks it's the funniest thing in the world!!

WooHoo/ Cry

So I have sold most of my furniture and stuff from my apartment! Yea, one less worry I suppose! But now I'm starting to get depressed because I sold my sofa and I loved that sofa!! I hope that when I get back from Mexico I can find a sofa similar to my old one, it was sooo cute and very comfy! I guess I'm just going to have to give it up! I wish I could transport it to Mexico and then back to the US in a few years, too bad I'm not a magician!

I miss him!!!

I found these cute pictures of one of the best weekends Jose and I had together! We went to Kings Island on Saturday and then we went canoeing the next day on the Little Miami. That was so much fun, even though the water was a little chilly that day, we just got to relax and had a picnic after wards. Ah, isn't he so cute!! I miss him a lot.

As you all know, I will be moving to Mexico within a month or so! I hope that everyone will stay in touch with me even after I move! I will be moving to a little town called Tlaltizapan which is in the state of Morelos. It is pretty close to Mexico City, just passed Cuernavaca. Thank goodness they are very modern to most of the parts of Mexico that I have been to before! It's absolutely beautiful, nestled in the middle of mountains, ahhh, breathtaking! Everything is sooo laid back compared to America, which is just what I need! I hope that if you get the chance that you can come visit me! Honestly, take me up on the offer, I'll be your personal tour guide and, hopefully by then, your translator too! There are plenty of amazing activities and often time, events that are soo much fun to experience. Also, I plan to keep my ears open for any mission work, I can't just give that part of my life up because I'm moving!! So, if you're interested in any opportunities like that, let me know so that I can do my research for you!! When am I coming back, you ask? Whenever I'm able to! Hopefully for Christmas next year, and maybe a summer 'vacation' to get away from all the heat! Oh my! Jose said it's already into the 100s now, can't imagine what it'll be in July or August, whooo!

South Park

I was sooo excited to see an article about my favorite little neighborhood in downtown Dayton, Ohio. I first visited when Rehabarama was finishing up, I was fortunate enough to go inside many of the homes that had been remodeled and even two that were just in the process! It was so interesting, those homes are full of history. If you get a chance, I recommend driving down there and taking a look at much this area has changed for the better! The top image of the little blue house is my favorite from the tour, it was gorgeous inside and out and really kept with the architecture and beauty of the house! It was built in 1882, it is called the John Cappel House!

Portfolio Show A Success!!

Thank you to everyone for coming out to support me! I sure was stressed but it was well worth the two days with no sleep! I think my hard work payed off, especially with my photogrpahy portfolio! One of my interviewers asked for my business card :) They were just supposed to be grading our projects but one of my interviewers was really getting into my photography portfolio book, and get this, is interested in purchasing a piece or two! I hope the interior design project went just as well as my photography went over!

Prayers for Dougy

Just a quick update, Doug needs our prayers. He cut his index and middle fingers on his right hand so bad that his lost the tips. :( He was cutting wood in our garage and cut himself on a jointer. The doctor said he will still be able to grasp things and live normally, the fingers just look different than before.
